- Clear lease: parties, authorized occupants, term, rent, guarantees.
- Dignified conditions: heat suited to the south, water, power, reasonable maintenance.
- No fine print hiding abusive exits to turn the home into tourism.
If listings are scarce
When many homes leave the year-round market, medians rise and supply vanishes. The movement focuses on use models, not “build more” alone.
When your situation improves
We want you to stay in the commune and move to better housing without speculative displacement.
