Lacustre Vivo

A territory where people can live, not just visit

What we believe

  • Winter street with shingle-roof houses, stacked firewood, and a bicycle; an adult and child in raincoats seen from behind under a monkey puzzle tree

    Housing and roots

Housing is, first and foremost, for living. We want people who work in the area to stay and move up without leaving.

  • Off-season lakeside market with firewood and wool stalls and people seen from behind on a cold day

    Seasonality and jobs

A place works year-round when people sustain it. Deseasonalizing without homes for those who stay is not enough.

  • Lakeside neighborhood with a cabin, a two-story house, and row houses among monkey puzzle trees with a volcano behind

    Three ways to rent

Year-round, long season, and short-stay tourism are not the same: different income, different neighbors, different impact.
